At Tresselle, every piece is carefully prepared, quality-checked, and securely packaged before dispatch.

United Kingdom
All UK orders are sent on an insured, fully tracked Next Day service for £11.45. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday) and delivered the next working day after dispatch. A signature may be required on delivery to ensure your piece arrives safely.

International Shipping
We offer insured, fully tracked express delivery to selected international destinations, including the United States, Canada and Australia. Delivery usually takes 2–7 working days after dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their country. These are set by local authorities and are outside our control.

Processing Times
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days. During busy periods, this may take slightly longer. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery Responsibility
Once the courier marks a parcel as delivered, responsibility passes to the recipient. Please choose a secure delivery address.
