Refund policy
Due to the hygienic and personal nature of luxury human hair volumisers and pieces, Tresselle operates a carefully controlled returns policy to protect the integrity of each piece and all of our customers.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery provided all of the following conditions are met:
• The item has only been carefully tried on for fit and has not been worn
• The security seal and hygiene tags remain fully intact and unbroken
• The piece has not been styled, brushed, cut, washed, coloured, or altered in any way
• The item is free from fragrance, product residue, makeup, or any signs of wear
• All original packaging, labels, and protective materials are returned in pristine condition
If the security seal has been removed, broken, or tampered with, the item is considered used for hygiene purposes and is not eligible for return.
All returned items are subject to inspection prior to refund approval.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
• Items with a broken or removed security seal
• Pieces that show any signs of wear, styling, or product use
• Custom, bespoke, or specially coloured pieces
• Items altered or modified after purchase
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs. We will review the matter promptly and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refund Process
Approved returns must be dispatched within 5 days of return authorisation. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days following inspection and approval. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, you may return your item for a refund and place a new order separately.
